Delivery
We ship across India. After you order, our team calls to confirm the order, the delivery charge and the expected delivery date for your PIN code.
Payment
You can pay cash on delivery or by UPI. For UPI we send a payment link after confirming your order.
Damaged or wrong items
If a pack arrives torn, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the pack. We will replace it or refund you.
Returns
Because atta is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened packs unless there is a quality problem. Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery; the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method or UPI ID within 7 working days.
